He is survived by: his children, James Niday (Della) of Wallins, Michael Niday (Patti) of Wallins and Barbara Niday of Wallins; his significant other Gayle Saylor of Wallins; his siblings, William Niday (Barb) of Wallins and Jewell Whitehead of Ohio; his grandchildren, Ashley Satterfield (Billy), Tonya Wright (Greg), Billy Hensley (Ashley), Jamie Niday, Chase Niday (Whitley), Brandi Niday, Chelsea Howard (Ryan) and Alyssa Gross; and his great grandchildren, Mikah, Kaleb, Gabriel Satterfield, Conner Niday and Nolan Niday.
