She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmas Eugene Prater and Minnie Hester Prater; her brother Tracy Prater; and her brother-in-law Ernest Carmichael. She is survived by: her husband Randall Taylor Carmichael; her brother Anthony Prater (Diana) of Wallingford; and her siblings-in-law, Justin Carmichael of Maysville, Wilma Prater of Wallingford and Claudia Gallagher Carmichael of Maysville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
