He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Butcher and Doris Fraley Butcher; his grandson Elijah Butcher; and his siblings, Larry Butcher, Shirley Anderson and Tammy Butcher.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hester Butcher; his children, Karlee, Sydnee, Charity Butcher-Kersey (Tim), Amie Butcher, Erik Butcher, Tonya Whalen, Angel Butcher, Austin Butcher and Dustin Butcher; his sisters, Linda Cassidy (Jim), Donna Walker (Jimmy), Connie Stockdale and Angie Lawrence (Ron); and his brother-in-law Craig Anderson. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
