She was predeceased by: her husband Ron; her parents, Ruby and Frank; and her siblings, Marion Rigdon, Lonnie Rigdon, Ilene Young, Bill Rigdon, Johnny Rigdon and Carol Hosier.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald L. Elter (Tammy), Debra L. Grice, John E. Elter and Anna M. Elter; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Aaron, Sarah, Mark, Keisha, Christina of Samantha, K. C., Chantell and Gracie; and her siblings, Doug Rigdon and Wilma Smalley (Richard). She is also survived by her 13 great grandchildren, many extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
