He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Earl Conn and Gladys Ruth Stafford Conn; and his siblings, Ronnie Conn, Leona Faye Gooding and Orville Ray Conn.

He is survived by: his wife Angie Conrad Conn; his daughters, Michelle Helphenstine and Kim Highfield (Darren Stacy); his grandchildren, Lexie Highfield (Tyler Terrell), Makenna Highfield and Jherika Wallingford; his sister Linda Kay Rayburn; and his sister-law Wanda Conn. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
