He is survived by: his wife Ruby Hyatt Weaver; his children, David Franklin Weaver (Kim), Nathan James Weaver (Amber) of Wallingford and Natalie Nicole Bragg (Denny) of Morehead; his nephew J. R. Johnson; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brantley, Emma, Carly, Haylee, Jaxon and Kaylynn; and his siblings, Jeffery Wilson Weaver (Jody) of Wallingford, Carla Logan (Myron "Bud") of Wallingford and Connie Lynn Morse (Jonathan) of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family; and many friends.
