He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Weaver and Rebecca Frances Skaggs Weaver of Crain Creek; and his brothers, Earl Weaver, Jr., Noah Ronald Weaver, David Eugene "Gene" Weaver, Estill Carl Weaver, James Arnold Weaver and Willam Ray "Bill" Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Conley Weaver; his children, Edsell (Barbara), Kellie (John) and Dewayne (Becky); his grandchildren, Conner (Hilary), Montana, Marianna, Coleson, Madison, Ethan and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Colton, Aerian, Addison and Kevin; and his siblings, Bob Weaver, Earnie Weaver and Virginia Mann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
