He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Barker and Loval Cox Barker; and his siblings, Roger Barker, Bob Barker, Garry Barker, Carol Barker and Bonnie Barker-Hester.
He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Whitman and Heather Barrens; his grandchildren, Gavin, Logan, Cameron, Emerson and Avery Whitman; and his siblings, Phyllis Harmon, Rita Carpenter (Terry) and Jon Barker (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
