He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Pullium Franklin of Waddy; his children, Joe "Nathan" Edgar Franklin (Jennifer) of Waddy and Allison Franklin Moore (Damon) of Waddy; his brother John Franklin of Crestwood; and his grandchildren, Austin Moore, Samuel Nethery, Parker Moore, Sophie Franklin, Stella Franklin and Dillon Franklin.
