He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Dan Taylor Tinsley of Waddy; his parents, Albert Herbert and Rosa Myrtle Johnson Tinsley; his children, Frank Joseph Tinsley (Judy) of Frankfort, Richard Woodford Tinsley of Frankfort, Sarah Elizabeth Brewster (Mark) of Lawrenceburg, John Patrick Tinsley (Kristi) of Lawrenceburg, Joseph Lannon Tinsley (Tiffany) of Lawrenceburg, Christopher Bradley Brewster (Allison) and Benjamin Albert Tinsley of Frankfort; and his siblings, Helen Webb, Herbert Tinsley, Gilbert "Gippy" Tinsley, Verlene Williams and Edith Pauline "Polly" Walter. He was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
