He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cox and Eska Crane Cox. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cox; and his children, Jonathan Cox, Regina Foster, Sharon Thomas and Loretta Kidwell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives, friends.
