He was predeceased by: his parents, Don P. Congleton and Janrose Davis Congleton. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Congleton and Breann Grafton; his brother Steve Smith; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Congleton and Caiti Tudor; and his cousin Lee Stubbs.
