He is survived by: his pet Tiny; his uncle Meats; his wife Sarah Eleanor Jones Stamper; his children, James Preston Stamper and Thelma Jane Potter of Richmond; his brothers, Dewey Stamper (Lorraine), Londus Stamper (Pat) and Jimmy Stamper (Julie); his grandchildren, Nancy Whalen (Sean Casey), Elenor Wood (James), James Lee Ogle and Dee Lynch; his great grandchildren, Brandon Whalen, Jared Casey, Hailey Wood, Jamie Wood and Abigail Casey; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Stamper, Bonnie Stamper and Danny Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
