He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Ethel Potter; his aunt Linda; his uncle Roger Potter; and his in-laws, Clyde and Ruth Kilborn.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Kilborn Lewis; his parents, Harry Lewis and Lois Lewis; his children, Micah Lewis and Eden Osborne; his sisters, Pam Jones (David), Jennifer Lewis, Ashley Brooks (John) and Stacey Lewis; his stepchildren, Samuel (Kelsie), Daniel (Jessy) and Avonda (Donald); his grandchildren, Samuel and Sedrick; his uncle Danny Potter; his aunts, Sue Isaac, Mary Purkey and Kathy Kramer; and his in-laws, Harlin, Doshia Kilborn and Debra Greenwell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
