He is survived by: the mother of his children Pearl Reffitt; his children, Ray Gregory of Garrett, KY, Sarah Breeden (Butch) of Waco, KY, Brenda Krape of Corbin, KY and Jeff Gregory (Kathy) of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Bill Gregory, Cindy Sears and Fay Brooks; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Gregory, Jennifer Tohuren, Ryan Gregory, James Breeden, Christy Runyon, Megan Sullivan, Mackenzie Chandler (Andrew) and Brandon Gregory (Bridgette); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Gregory, Jonathan Breeden, Heather Breeden, Zena Breeden, Julian Breeden, Brandy Runyon, Matthew Runyon, Tanner Sullivan, Levi Sullivan, Tucker Sullivan, Braxton Chandler, Barrett Chandler, Baby Chandler and Harvey Gregory.
