He is survived by: his wife Shirley Vickers; his son Jason Vickers (Libby) of Waco, Kentucky; and his siblings, Dallas Vickers, Faye Ayers, Joan Gibson, Kay Loudner and Jayne Compston. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
