J.) and Otha; his stepson McCarley Smith; his spouse Ollie Watkins; his daughters, Valeria, Deborah and Patsy; his grandchildren, Carla Johns (Andre), Stephen Lamar Smith (Darrice), Eric Clay Chenault (Terry), Bridgett Howard (Mallory) and Tonia Clay Whitehead (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Antonio (AJ), Shakeyla, Ashley, Christopher, Tre, Eric Floyd, Lance and Eirelle; and his sister-in-law Pauline Chenault. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
