He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Rogers Biggs; his children, Earl Biggs, Krissie Biggs, Jason Cole (Amber) and Jamie Rearick (Denver); his siblings, Tommy Biggs, Lawrence Biggs, Walker Biggs, Gerald Biggs, Vernie Webb, Joyce Smith and Judy McKinney; his grandchildren, Jacob Jones, Micah Wilson, Elijah Wilson, Jaylin King, Gabe King, Adam Cole, Ethan Cole, Lyndon Mahoney, Karson Cole, Cayson Cole, Anton Cody, Charity Cody, Jordan Johnson, John Foster, Shawn Biggs and Jackson Biggs; and his great grandchild Levi Newland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
