He is survived by: his wife Dottie Thacker Fleming; his stepmother Karen Sue Fleming of Virgie; his sons, Timothy Matthew Fleming of Virgie and Gabriel Lee Fleming of Virgie; and his brothers, Benjamin Terry Fleming of Virgie and Johnny Reed Fleming of Pikeville.
