He is survived by: his parents, Connie Wayne Hall of Sergent and Anita Helen Bentley of Virgie; his fiancée Stephanie Bentley; his children, Tommy Dewayne Fouts II (Tiffany) of Pikeville, Douglas MacWilliam Fouts of Virgie, James Christian Bentley of Virgie, Heather Hobson of Georgetown, Kennedy Fouts of Virgie, Madison Grace Bentley of Virgie and Marissa Bentley of Virgie; his siblings, Marty Hall (Gina) of Virgie, Jason Bentley of Virgie, John Bentley (Jamie) of Virgie, Richard Hall (Kim) of Sergent, Sue Bentley (Josh) of Virgie and Misty Griffith (J. D.) of Neon; and his grandchildren, Jolene Skye Fouts, Charlotte Rose Deroller, Lilliana Hampton and Brendan Belcher.
