He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Osborne and Lilly Pearl Caudill Osborne; his son Josh Osborne; and his siblings, Paul, James, Stevie, Ralph, Vernon, Chester Osborne and Edna Ruth Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Osborne; his children, Stanley Wayne Osborne (Leia Raye) of Robinson Creek and Robyn Lynn Taylor (Joey) of Elwood; his grandchildren, Laurel Tackett, Erin Williams and Torie Osborne; his great grandchildren, Oliver Williams, Indigo Williams and Pearl Tackett; and his siblings, Homer Lee Osborne of Myra and Susie Newsome of Virgie.
