She is survived by: her husband Malloy Bartley of Long Fork; her daughter Alyssa Adams of Virgie; her siblings, John Michael Stacy of Pikeville, Linda Patrick (Bobby) of Ball Creek and Venita Kennedy (Freddie) of Sassafrass; her sister-in-law Katheryn Osborne; and her nieces, Sylvena Moon (Troy), Christie Hopson (Scott) and Shawna Blankenship (late Alex). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
