She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Johnson and Lucy Johnson; her husband Carl Tackett; her children, Jerry Tackett, Jimmy Tackett and Linda Tackett; her siblings, Bryan Johnson, Russell Johnson, Hassell Johnson, Noah Johnson, Grover Johnson, Leona Hall and Della Slone; and her grandson Anthony Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Tackett (Debbie), Clemit Tackett (Esta), Brenda Conway (Clyde), Trula Wright (Jody), Vonda Moore (Paul) and Shelby Tackett. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and twenty-two great-great-grandchildren.
