She is survived by: her children, Kenny Mullins of Clay City, John Mullins of Richmond, Tammy Mullins Johnson of Virgie and Donna Mullins Cantrell of Denton, TX; her siblings, Steve Hounshell of Nashville, TN, Jane Hounshell Murphy of Clay City and Laura Hounshell Lieb of Plymouth, MI; and her grandchildren, Jessica Mullins Bolling, Jonathan Mullins, Brooke Cantrell Stone, Josh Johnson and Maggie Hodnett. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
