She was predeceased by: her father Ireland "Farmer" Charles; her husband Michael "Moon" Mullins; and her brothers, Ikie Charles and Ronnie Dean Charles. She is survived by: her children, Jason Michael Mullins of Richmond, Jedediah "Jed" Mullins (Oleva) of Lexington and Dr. Makayla Ann Kiser (Jordan) of Georgetown; her siblings, Robert Charles of Blytheville, AR and Diana Kay Cummings of Lake Mary; and her grandson Elijah "Eli" Michael Mullins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Caney Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
