He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Hall Sr. and Goldie Hall; his son Jeff Hall; and his siblings, Mike Hall and Inga Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Robinson Hall; his children, Jimmy Hall (Jamie) of Berea and Shaundra Scalf (Stephen) of Florida; his brothers, Lester Hall of Detroit, MI, Randall Hall of Detroit, MI. and Danny Hall of Little Creek; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Brayden, McKenna, Josh, Jasmin and Aaron.
