He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marion and Louanzy Elkins Mullins; his wife Ruby Ray Mullins; his son Ricky Victor Mullins; and his siblings, Donald Mullins, Edwin Mullins, Jackie Mullins, Goldie Johnson, Eva Burger, Ollie Johnson, Bonnie Bentley, Betty Bentley and Carol Mullins.
He is survived by: his son Randy Mullins of Virgie; and his grandchildren, Ricky S. Mullins, Leighta Mullins, Randall Mullins and Penni Burke. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
