He is survived by: his children, Evan Charles of Winchester and Shelley Charles Henson (Chris) of Louisville; his brothers, Harlen Johnson of Knoxville, TN and Jerry Johnson of Long Fork; and his grandchildren, Rachel Shumate, Jack Shumate, Kayla Shumate and Xavier Charles.
