She was predeceased by: her parent Loney Turner Johnson; her son Timothy Francis Tackett; her siblings, Bug Stanley, Christine Stanley and Ruth Stanley; and her great grandchild Colton Standifur.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Fon Tackett; her daughter Madonna Janvrin (Stephen) of Lexington, NC; her siblings, Don Stanley of Frankfort, Jean Sams of Frankfort and Bertha Riddle of Frankfort; and her grandchild Chris Standifur (Deeanna).
