He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marvin "Bob" Burke and Queen Isabell Johnson Burke; and his brother Ferlo Burke. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Newman (Larry) of Virgie; his niece Beverly Newman of Pikeville; his nephew Jonathan Newman (Ashley) of Pikeville; and his great-nephews, Isaac Alexander Newman and Noah Conner Newman. He is also survived by his family and friends.
