She was predeceased by: her parents, Dona Tackett and Dina Fouts Tackett; her husband Hartman Burke; her son Danny Burke; and her siblings, Russell Tackett, Lindy Tackett, Tillie Johnson, Mattie Tackett and Susie Burke.
She is survived by: her children, David Burke (Ellen) of Long Fork, Denver Burke of Elyria, OH, Dianna Adkins (James) of Wayside, WV, Darlene Burke of Long Fork, Debbie Hughes (Eddie) of Long Fork, Dorene Bentley (Edward) of Long Fork, Dancy Mullins (Nobel) of Long Fork and Criss Burke (John) of Long Fork; and her sister Irene Gabbard of Florence, KY. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
