He is survived by: his parents, Karma Renea Polly and Kenny Ray Kelly; his son Chanceton Ryan Polly; his grandmothers, Evelyn Polly and Patricia "Dolly" Kelly; and his sisters, Kendra Polly (Robert Mick Ward), Sherry Polly and Tara Polly.
