He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Gibson, David, Marcia T. Forker and Retta Gail Potter (Arnold Ray); his nieces and nephews, John David Tackett, Kevin Ray Potter, Tammy Branham, Patty Seutter, Kim Fannin, Crystal Kirk and Jenna Forker; his close friends, Tim Tackett, Chuck Simpson and Renee Tackett; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Tackett.
