He was predeceased by: his father Frank Phillips; and his siblings, Mike Phillips, Phoebe Luster and Loraine Billiter. He is survived by: his children, Shane Phillips (Pamela) of Marrowbone, Glenn Lamb (Tina) of Greasy Creek and Matilda Spears (Billy) of Hurricane; and his siblings, Johnny Cole (Nikki) of Pensacola, FL and Joyce Hall of Floyd Count. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
