He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Parsons (Karen) of Pikeville, Barry Parsons of Virgie, Dottie Strawser (Raymond) of Lexington, Brenda McGough (Stephen) of Middlesboro and Benita Ojan of Virgie; and his grandchildren, Trey, Marcia, Angela, Jamie, Karen, Shane, Christopher, Elizabeth, June, Sally, Ricky, Raymond, Hank, Challis and John. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
