He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ratliff Gillespie; and his children, Kerry Gillespie (Shirley) of Fishtrap, Mike Gillespie (Shannon) of Greasy Creek, Will Gillespie (Mary) of Fishtrap, Glenda Sostrich (Joseph) of Harold and Edie Hunt (David) of Kewanee. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
