He is survived by: his wife Regina Johnson Tackett; his children, Christopher Tackett (Heather Holloway) of Dorton, Courtney Justice (Matt) and Robin Jablonski (Michael) of Arnold, Missouri; his mother-in-law Jackie Bartley of Dorton; his siblings, Dwayne Tackett of Elkhorn and Teresa Doyle of Elkhorn; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Johnson of Dorton, Misty Goff of Dorton and Sandy Wyatt of Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Cassidy, Bella, Jaxson, Madison and Greyson.
