He is survived by: his children, Ernie David Elswick of Rockford, IL, Shawn Elswick of Frogtown, Lucy Kender of Phelps, Shawna Elswick Allen of Pikeville and Tina Bishop of Pikeville; and his sisters, Sue Sexton of Frogtown and Shirley Roberts of Robinson Creek. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
