She is survived by: her husband Bill Scott of Kodak, TN; her children, Zackery Scott of Kodak, Wesley Scott (Makayla) of Pikeville, Gary Lowe of Ft. Myers, FL, Jennifer Case (James) of Pikeville, Savannah Lewis (Tyler) of Kodak and Chasity Kiser of Pikeville; her stepchildren, Bill Scott, Chris Scott, Shawn Scott, Timothy Ray Scott, Tammy Scott of Wyoming and Tonya Scott; her siblings, Ronnie West of Pikeville, Kathy Blackburn of Harold and Barbara Charles; and her grandchildren, Cody Chaney (Harley), Austin Case (Talisa), Brittany McCary (Shane), Sabrina Lewis, Miles Lewis, Isaiah Lowe, Lil Gary Lowe, Christian Lowe, Haley Lowe, Ashley Ratliff and Josh Ratliff. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
