He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Bentley and Sara Belle Johnson Bentley; his wife Rebecca Bentley; his son William Kelly Bentley; and his brothers, Con Bentley and Don Bentley.
He is survived by: his son Donald Keith Bentley (Myra) of Long Fork; his grandchildren, Zachary Bentley (Macayla), Nathanuel Bentley (Stephanie), Sarai Howell (Tivis), Rebekah Grierson (Landon) and Hannah Kestner (Jared); his great grandchildren, Whitney, Tanner, Zayden, Victoria, Lil'Zack "Gatlin", Kyirsten, Kamryn, Aubree, Eli, Brooklyn, Van, Kellen and Kyson; and his siblings, Darrell Bentley of Virgie, Silvia Sowards of Virgie, Bertina Bentley of Virgie and Rebel Bevins of Virgie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Cemetery.
