She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Earnel 'Shorty Belcher and Helema Belcher (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Barry Neal Parsons; her children, Shane (Gloria) and Elizabeth; and her brother Bill (Janey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many children.

In lieu of flowers, Debi only asked that ya'll wear a mask, as she really wanted this years basketball season to go ahead.
