He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lamb Mullins; his children, Kenny Kiekens of Michigan, Ray Kiekens of Michigan and Malinda Johnson of Michigan; his stepdaughters, Katie Johnson of Greasy Creek and Karra Stalker of Lick Creek; his siblings, Amos Little of Coal Run, Bill Mullins of Michigan, Delphaline Collier of Caney, Susie Little of Whitley County and Candy Williams of Pikeville; and his grandchildren, Devin, Richie, Maddy, Ashley, Deja and Morgan.
