He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilice Mullins and Mildred June Tackett Mullins; and his sister Charlotte Ann Sands. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Mullins; his children, Matthew "Dylan" Mullins of Dorton, Melissa "Missi" Mullins of Dorton and Amy Gross (Mark) of Eolia; his siblings, Claude Allen Mullins of Norwalk, OH and Clara Ellis (Tom) of Belton, TX; and his grandchildren, Heather Gunnell (Josh) of Hindman, Tawnya Tackett (Ryan) of Dorton, Justen Bentley of Dorton, Michael Tackett of Dorton, Samuel Bentley (Jen) of Colorado Springs, CO and Grace Mullins of Lexington. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
