He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Johnson and Rissie Burke Johnson; his son-in-law Jeffrey Bentley; and his sister Loma Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Johnson; his daughter Amy Bentley of Long Fork; his sisters, Eleanor Hall of Indian Creek and Fern Burke of Indian Creek; his grandson Timmy Bentley (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Shelby and Quinlynn.
