He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Blevins and Mabel Oakes Blevins; his sons, Cim Blevins, Craig Blevins and Chris Blevins; his siblings, William Blevins, Jerry Blevins, Darrel Blevins and Sondra Braun; and his great grandchild Abbegayle Raine Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Blevins of Lexington, Shane Blevins (Christy) of Booker Branch, Misti Stewart (Terry) of Shelby Gap and Tuana Bentley (James) of Jenkins; and his sisters, Fran Currier, Cherrell Coutcher and Donna Hollenger. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
