She is survived by: her children, Hatler Collins (Beth) of Pikeville, Greg Collins (Jamie) of Wheelwright, Edgory Collins (Crystal) of Bevinsville, Betty Ann Collins (Joseph) of Virgie, Hazel Collins of Prestonsburg and Karen Hopkins (Joe) of Virgie; and her sister Betty Slone. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, 7 Step-Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren & 9 Step Great-Grandchildren.
