Tommy Darrell Wooton Obituary
Tommy Darrell Wooton, age 75, of Viper, KY, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. Tom was a founding member and first Fire Chief at Viper Fire Department. He taught fire school for a long time. He was a former Grand Master at the Hazard Masonic Lodge. He worked many years as a mining supervisor. He enjoyed his gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Rufus Wooton and the late Ivory Shepherd Wooton. He is also preceded in death by One Brother: Charles Wooton.
He is also survived by his Wife: Judy Blanton Wooton; Two Daughters: Kimberly Hatch (Michael), FL & Shae Shepherd (Mike), Viper, KY; One Brother: Mitchell Wooton (Debbie), Hazard, KY; Three Grandchildren: Carter Johnson, Mikayla Shepherd & McKinley Shepherd;. Special Nephew: Steven Wooton (Susan);. Special Friend: Charlie Jackson & Family.
