With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Lee Caudill of Viper, Kentucky, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vanzel Watts and Alpha Cornett Watts; her son Van Richard Johnson; and her siblings, Lena Morgan, J. P., Odis, Bethel, Robert, John, Randolph and Darrell Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Freda Caudill and Alvin Caudill Jr. (Pat); her sister Dora Ward; the father of her children Alvin Caudill; her grandchildren, Sarah Johnson, Jediadiah Johnson, Maggie Ellington, Hannah Combs (Collin McGlone), Cyndi Boggs (Scott) and David Blair (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Whitney Caudill (Zachary), McKynli Blair, Tayler Boggs and Loren Boggs; and her great great grandchild Lucy Caudill. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
