He is survived by: his wife Debra Joseph Dillion of Viper, KY; his children, Anthony Halcomb (Stacy Miller) of Vicco, KY, Justin Joseph of Viper, KY, Melissa Dillion of Viper, KY and Regina Trent (Larry) of Powell County, KY; his siblings, Margie Brock (Marvin) of Leslie County, KY, Phyllis Lewis (ED) of Booneville, KY, Yvonne Hurt (Paul) of Viper, KY, David Dillion of Viper, KY and Kernon Dillion of Viper, KY; his grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob, Jackson, Mason, Allen and Lamar; and his close friend Sheila Halcomb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
