He is survived by: his son Anthony Quay Pratt (Elizabeth) of Paint Lick, KY; his brother Harold Pratt (Carla); and his grandchildren, Tanner Quay Pratt, Kaylee Elizabeth Pratt, Mason Anthony Pratt and Host. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
